Cancellation Policy
(thriv.) salon is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations within 24 hours prior to the appointment will have a great impact on our business and that of our team members. Deposits must be given on the day you reserve your appointment. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hour in advance is subject to a cancellation fee for services.
